Formación

• Bachelor's degree in management or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate teams.
• Proficiency in English written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and coordinate the activities of assigned projects.
• Monitor progress of projects to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
• Supervise project team members, providing direction and guidance.
• Act as the primary contact between clients/stakeholders and project teams.
• Develop detailed project plans to monitor progress against goals.
• Report on project status, issues, risks, budget utilization etc.
• Oversee quality control throughout all phases of the project.
• Track changes in specifications, budgets or timelines.
• Negotiate with vendors or suppliers as necessary.
