Job summary

Nebras Energy is seeking a specialized Procurement and GS Coordinator in Doha to lead procurement planning, vendor engagement, and contract compliance across power, energy and water sectors. The role requires a deep understanding of administrative procurement, facilities maintenance, safety, and smooth operational flow.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, SCM or Engineering and a minimum of 8 years in similar roles within large companies, with at least 3 years

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or Engineering is mandatory.
• Demonstrated problem-solving ability and analytical thinking.
• Hands-on operational experience within GCC culture and working environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; professional English proficiency mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute the annual organizational procurement plan with sourcing, tendering and direct purchases.
• Issue and monitor purchase orders ensuring compliance with specs, quality, quantity, and pricing.
• Coordinate vendor selection, engagement and contract compliance to fulfill purchasing needs.
• Evaluate and improve procurement tools and processes based on feedback to increase accuracy.
• Oversee maintenance, safety, logistics of facilities, office supplies and general services.
• Follow policies and SOPs and contribute to cost reduction and timely reporting.

We are seeking a specialized Procurement and GS Coordinator to support and drive key supply chain and administration operations This role requires a Business Administration Supply Chain Management or Engineering background combined with a deep understanding of the power energy and water sectors to manage complex organizational procurement needs and ensure robust facilities maintenance safety and smooth operational flow

Key Responsibilities

Create compile and execute the annual organizational procurement plan by initiating optimal sourcing methods tendering processes and direct purchases Issue and monitor purchase orders to verify compliance with technical specifications regarding quality quantity and pricing Coordinate the selection engagement and contract compliance of external vendors and suppliers to efficiently fulfill organizational purchasing needs Evaluate and improve procurement tools and processes based on departmental and supplier feedback to increase operational accuracy Oversee the maintenance safety and logistics of facilities office supplies and general support services like cleaning and security Follow all departmental policies and standard operating procedures while contributing to continuous improvement cost reduction and the preparation of timely financial and operational reports
