Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of rich experience in delivering presales support and solutions for customers.
• Strong understanding of SOC operations, security analytics, cloud architectures, SASE, CASB, zero trust.
• Experience with cloud services (Azure, AWS, Google) and security software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical bridge between Sales and pre-sales customers.
• Lead security architecture discussions and demonstrations of Trend Micro Next-Gen solutions.
• Educate and train sales staff on product capabilities and value propositions.
• Develop customer relationships and influence technical strategy with strong problem-solving skills.
• Deliver engaging technical demonstrations and public speaking at events.
