Job summary

Zillion Solutions Trading WLL is seeking a Presales Engineer Security Systems for an on-site role in Doha, Qatar. The role focuses on developing sales proposals, understanding customer requirements, and driving presales activities across ELV and networking product portfolios.

The ideal candidate has 5–10 years of pre-sales experience, a BE in Electronics & Communication, and fluent English. This position requires strong technical and interpersonal skills to build client relationships and support

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of pre-sales experience in security/ELV.
• Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics & Communication.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Job description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Presales Engineer Security Systems located in Doha Qatar. The pre-sales engineer will be responsible for developing sales proposals, handling customer inquiries and driving presales efforts to meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement
• Understanding customer requirements and build strong technical relationships
• Assess client requirements and provide technical guidance on ELV system design and implementation
• Solution Design
• Develop customized technical solutions architectures and proposals that align with customer needs and company products portfolio
• Technical Expertise
• Serve as the technical subject matter expert SME during the sales process
• Sales Collaboration
• Partner with sales teams to provide technical input support bids and ensure technical feasibility for closing deals
• Documentation
• Contribute to sales materials RFPs Request for Proposals and technical documentation Drive presales KPI s and handle multiple product portfolio

Experience

• 5-10 Years of Pre Sales Experience

Education

• Bachelor of Engineering – Electronics & Communication

Exhibits a deep understanding of ELV systems, including security surveillance & access control systems and Networking products.

Possesses strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams.
