Job summary

You will engage customers, present luxury products, and drive sales while maintaining top-tier merchandising standards within Hamad International Airport.

The role requires a high school qualification with experience or a Bachelor’s degree and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• High school qualification with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree with no prior experience acceptable.
• Strong spoken and written English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage customers to understand preferences and shopping needs.
• Present luxury products effectively, highlighting features, advantages, and benefits.
• Drive sales performance by maximizing every selling and cross-selling opportunity.
• Maintain high visual merchandising standards aligned with departmental layouts.
• Ensure shelves and displays are fully stocked and attractively presented.
• Introduce customers to complementary products and other store departments.
• Support other retail sections during peak periods to ensure service continuity.
• Identify customer expectations and tailor service to enhance satisfaction.
• Apply approved selling techniques to achieve department sales targets.
• Uphold professional conduct, integrity, and brand representation at all times.
