Qualifications

• High School qualification with minimum 1 year of job-related experience.
• Trade certificate in hospitality management.
• Genuine service/people focused attitude and understanding of needs of multicultural working/operating environment.
• Command of English language both verbal and written.
• Ability to demonstrate confidence through body language and presentation.
• Ability to foster teamwork among team members.
• Arabic language.
• High level of interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and promote a positive team environment.
• High level of versatility and able to adapt many varied needs of the operations/people.

Responsibilities

• Participate in daily operations as per Standard Operating Procedures.
• Communicate effectively with all areas of the operations, ensuring that customer receive 5-star QR services.
• Ensure positive visual appearance of the lounges is to the highest standard by regular monitoring areas they are responsible for.
• Maintains an exceptional standard of product knowledge to promote lounges and the wider QR Group.
• Assist with customer queries related to frequent flyer program, flight information, terminal facilities etc.
• Liaise with housekeeping on customer's request for amenities and ensure lounge facilities are well maintained.
