Job summary

Qatar Airways in Doha is seeking a Lounge Attendant - Front of House to deliver exceptional guest service at our premium lounge. You will manage lounge receptions, upsell experiences, and assist with lounge facilities while guiding customers with accurate information and a can-do attitude.

The role requires a High School qualification with hospitality experience; a trade certificate is preferred. You will work with colleagues across departments to maintain 5-star service, with Arabic language

Qualifications

High School qualification with at least 1 year in a related role.
Trade certificate in hospitality management is advantageous.
Genuine service mindset and ability to work in a multicultural environment.

Responsibilities

Deliver 5-star QR services and handle lounge receptions and touchpoints.
Maintain high visual standards of the lounge and equipment.
Promote lounges and provide product knowledge about entitlements and policies.
Liaise with MOI, GS hub, QAS, hotels and other lounges as needed.
Encourage teamwork and assist guests with lounge facilities and surveys.
Coordinate with F&B and Housekeeping to keep lounge clean and stocked.
Assist guests with frequent flyer queries, boarding times, and terminal facilities.
