Responsibilities

• Set-up, operate, and troubleshoot AV/projection/lighting/conferencing equipment.
• Oversee the set-up of AV equipment in banquet and meeting rooms.
• Ensure all AV equipment is fully operational; repair or clean as needed; report issues to supervisor.
• Instruct guests on proper usage of AV equipment and upsell services.
• Break down, remove, and secure equipment after events.
• Read and follow Marriott MVP SOPs; adhere to safety policies.
