Job summary

HSBC in Doha is seeking a Premier Service Manager to join the Premier relationship team. The role supports Premier Wealth Relationship Managers, delivering superior client experience for affluent clients and assisting in wealth growth.

Ideal candidates will have strong knowledge of Premier banking, KYC/AML, and branch procedures, with a passion for client-centric service and cross-team collaboration to drive results in a fast-paced banking environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Retail/Premier network
• Understanding of Premier products and processes
• Knowledge of branch procedures
• KYC, CDD and AML awareness
• Ability to deliver client-centric service

Responsibilities

• Act as the Premier client contact point and support team to maximize client facing time for Wealth Relationship Managers.
• Provide credit/lending support to PWRMs as needed by market requirements.
• Demonstrate extensive knowledge of banking products and services across wealth and Premier banking to deliver high quality service.
