Swan Global is seeking a proactive Property Management Manager to lead the real estate portfolio’s performance in a seniorcapacity. You will drive revenue, occupancy, and asset value while coordinating with the COO and Finance to align with budgets and policies.

You will oversee leasing, tenant experience, and governance, guiding the Head of Property Management and cross-functional teams to ensure high service standards and financial integrity across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in real estate management or related field.
• 15+ years of experience in property management or real estate operations.
• Minimum 5 years in a managerial role overseeing property management.
• English fluent; Arabic preferred.

Responsabilités

• Own and drive revenue performance, occupancy, and profitability of the property portfolio.
• Define and oversee leasing strategies, pricing, and occupancy targets.
• Oversee tenant relations, service standards, and retention initiatives.
• Ensure governance, risk management, and compliance across operations.
• Prepare and present operational and financial performance to senior management.
