Job summary

Madre Integrated Engineering in Doha, Qatar, is seeking a Full-time Tender & Procurement Coordinator for IT projects within KAHRAMAA. The role covers end-to-end tender coordination from LOA to completion and requires strong negotiation and GCC tendering knowledge.

The incumbent will support the Program Manager with status reports, organize meetings with Steering groups, and coordinate pre- and post-project activities to ensure smooth tendering processes for IT initiatives in KAHRAMAA.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of tendering process in GCC region, esp. Qatar.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience in IT tendering/procurement.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate tender processes from LOA to completion.
• Assist in pre- and post-project activities related to IT tenders.
• Compile status reports for Program Manager.
• Organize project meetings with Steering groups and stakeholders.
• Drive tender & commercial evaluation and coordinating during LOA phase and publishing the tender.

The incumbent of this role will be responsible for preparation of tender document, tender plans, overall coordination of tendering process in IT departments of KAHRAMAA and smooth functioning of tendering processes for IT projects with in KAHRAMAA.

Requirements

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Involve in Project coordination once the LOA is done till completion.
• Involve in pre- and post-project activities from inception till the LOA is done.
• Assist Program Manager in compiling Status reports.
• Organize Project meetings with Steering groups, Project Managers, and other stakeholders.
• Responsible in driving Tender & Commercial Evaluation and Approvalphase Responsible for coordination during Awarding andLOA Phase
• Responsible for coordination during Publishing the Tender.

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES

• Good Command on English, Arabic (Not Mandatory, but Preferred)
• Demonstrate Effective Communication skills.
• In depth knowledge about Tendering Process in GCC Region (Esp State of Qatar)
• Strong influence and negotiation skills

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATION

• A relevant Degree
• Minium 12 Years of Experience with relevance in IT Tendering/Procurement Area including MS Office Suite.
• Effective organizational and written communication skills.
