Imperium Consulting is seeking a Planning Manager for a principal main contractor project in Doha, Qatar. The role focuses on Delay Analysis related to design changes and variations, delivering Time Impact Analyses and Extension of Time submissions, and presenting findings to the client's representative.

The ideal candidate has at least 10 years of experience in Delay, Planning or Design issues, GCC experience, and a track record with leading main contractors.

Qualificações

• At least 10 years experience in Delay, Planning and Design Issues.
• Experience as Delay Analyst, Design Manager or Planning Manager.
• GCC experience (current or past) preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct Time Impact Analysis (TIA) to assess project delays.
• Prepare Extension Of Time (EOT) submissions with substantiating documents.
• Summarize findings into a narrative and supporting evidence.
• Present and communicate findings to the Client’s representative clearly.

With over 10,000 globally they are renowned for their expertise in design and build as for using highly innovative methods of constructions. Our client has been in the GCC region for over 20 years and have recently be awarded a multi million dollar mixed use development project in Doha – Qatar

We are looking for a Planning Manager who has extensive experience working as a Delay Analyst on issues relating to design changes and variations on the project’s program. Duties will include Time Impact Analysis, Extension Of Time claim submissions, with the ability to summarize the findings into a narrative substantiated by supporting documents, and communicate the findings to the Client’s representative in a convincing manner.

To be considered for this role you must have/be:
At least 10 years experience in dealing with Delay, Planning and Design Issue.
Working in the capacity of a Delay Analyst, Design Manager or Planning Manager.
Current or past GCC experience.
Work for a leading main contractor.
