Job summary

Dynamic Staffing Solutions seeks an experienced maintenance supervisor for a refinery/petrochemical oil & gas environment. The role requires leading multi‑craft teams, ensuring safety, quality, and compliance with standards.

Strong CMMS familiarity and the ability to plan, assign, and review maintenance activities are essential. The candidate should have extensive hands-on knowledge of pressure vessels, tanks, columns, trays, furnaces, exchangers, and valves, plus experience with rotating

Qualifications

• Strong supervisory background and practical experience in multi-craft supervision.
• Thorough knowledge of pressure vessels, tanks, columns & trays.
• Experience with rotating equipment and plant maintenance practices.
• Familiarity with CMMS and maintenance programs.
• Ability to lead safety- and quality-focused maintenance activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to perform maintenance activities with safety and quality.
• Assign scheduled jobs to groups and monitor completion.
• Coordinate with various personnel to ensure smooth maintenance operations.
• Write reports and maintain maintenance records.
• Diagnose maintenance problems and propose effective solutions.
• Develop and implement maintenance standard procedures.
