Job summary

Client of Brunel is seeking an experienced offshore construction specialist to oversee safety and quality on large-scale oil & gas projects in Doha. The role requires steering CTR activities, acting as PMT focal for piping and mechanical topics, and supporting Permit-to-Work processes and daily offshore progress.

The candidate will participate in HU meetings, risk assessments, and document reviews, ensuring safe delivery, regulatory compliance, and timely project handover in a challenging

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Sciences or Engineering required.
• 8 years experience with large oil & gas projects in construction-related disciplines, including 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Knowledge of design standards, safety criteria, and offshore facilities relevant to major fabrication, hook-up, and installation.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Sciences or Engineering.
• 8 years experience with Large Projects in Construction related disciplines (e.g., construction, installation, fabrication, execution, completion, hook-up, etc.) in the Oil & Gas Industry, including 1 year of experience in a supervisory role, including acting roles, or oversight of service/vendor personnel.
• Experience with Oil and Gas companies, contractors, service companies, or heavy construction companies.
• Knowledge of design standards, specifications, codes, and appropriate safety criteria related to major fabrication, transport, installation, brownfield execution, and hook-up, as applicable to the project scope.
• Knowledge of offshore facilities and structures, onshore facilities, or yard operations as applicable to a project scope.
• Knowledge of execution methods and risks associated with sour gas and LNG production facilities.
• Experience working in large scale operating organizations in Operations, Projects,Subsurface, etc.
