Job summary

Confidential Company is seeking a seasoned Mechanical Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of the mechanical team in Doha. You will ensure all tasks are completed safely, efficiently and on schedule.

You will coordinate with project managers, engineers and other departments to integrate mechanical activities into the overall project plan, supervise installation, maintenance and repair of systems, and conduct site inspections to uphold quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field is required.
• Minimum 5–7 years of progressive experience in mechanical supervision in oil & gas or heavy industrial sector.
• PMP certification or relevant trade certifications are highly desirable; ability to lead a diverse team.
