Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience in payroll or manpower administration.
• Familiarity with HR systems or databases preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage payroll activities and ensure compliance with eTAS and payroll policies.
• Upload and maintain employee duty rosters in the eTAS system.
• Verify overtime and lieu‑off requests and obtain necessary approvals.
• Prepare absence and lateness reports, coordinating corrections with HR and IT.
• Issue monthly attendance summaries to department heads and highlight performance trends.
• Coordinate leave extensions, duty travel, and special event schedules.
• Track sickness, absences, and timekeeping irregularities for action and reporting.
• Promote awareness of new time and attendance processes among retail staff.
• Support the calculation of commissions and incentives.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the department head.
