We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pastry Chef to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a Pastry Chef you will be responsible for creating delicious and visually appealing pastries, desserts and other baked goods. Your creativity and attention to detail will be crucial in ensuring that our customers have an unforgettable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, desserts and other baked goods according to recipes and standards.
• Design and create new pastry dishes that reflect current food trends.
• Decorate pastries using various techniques to enhance their visual appeal.
• Ensure all food production meets quality standards and is presented in an attractive manner.
• Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies and place orders as needed.
• Train and supervise junior pastry chefs ensuring they adhere to sanitation and safety standards at all times.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation at all times.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role for at least 2 years.
