Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or relevant role.
• Experience with traditional and modern pastry techniques.
• In-depth knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, equipment, and sanitation standards.
• Creative mindset with ability to develop new dessert ideas.
• Excellent time-management skills under pressure.
• Diploma or degree in culinary arts or relevant field.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.

• Ensure all food items are prepared in a timely manner while maintaining high quality standards
• Monitor inventory levels for ingredients and supplies, placing orders as needed
• Train junior pastry chefs on proper techniques and recipes
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements
