CoreHaul Logistics is seeking an experienced Pastry Chef for our esteemed Al-Rayyan kitchen in Qatar. You will create and prepare a variety of pastries and desserts, ensuring exceptional quality and presentation for our guests.

The ideal candidate brings proven pastry experience in a high-end restaurant, a creative palate, and the ability to train junior chefs. Egyptian nationality is preferred, and you should be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or in a high-end restaurant.
• Excellent knowledge of baking techniques and pastry ingredients.
• Creative mindset for new dessert ideas.
• Good communication skills to train junior chefs.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Egyptian nationality preferred.

Responsabilités

• Create and prepare a wide variety of pastries, cakes, and baked goods following traditional and modern recipes.
• Decorate pastries using different icings, toppings, and fillings to ensure appealing presentation.
• Monitor stock levels of ingredients and supplies, ensuring timely ordering to maintain freshness.
• Train, supervise, and assist junior pastry chefs in the preparation and presentation of desserts.
• Maintain a clean work area at all times, following food safety standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to create new desserts that meet our customers' expectations.

Our high-end restaurant in Al-Rayyan is seeking an experienced and talented Pastry Chef to join our team. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating and preparing a variety of delicious pastries and desserts for our customers. We are looking for someone who is passionate about their craft and has a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and prepare a wide variety of pastries, cakes, and other baked goods following traditional and modern recipes
• Decorate pastries using different types of icings, toppings, and fillings to ensure appealing presentation
• Monitor stock levels of ingredients and supplies, ensuring timely ordering to maintain freshness
• Train, supervise, and assist junior pastry chefs in the preparation and presentation of desserts
• Maintain a clean work area at all times, following food safety standards and regulations
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to create new desserts that meet our customers' expectations

Salary: We offer a competitive salary package of 1200$ per month.
