Job summary

Edoxi Training Center is seeking an experienced Part-Time HR Trainer to deliver CHRM and CHRP training programs in Qatar. The role focuses on practical, industry-relevant sessions for HR professionals and aspiring practitioners, with emphasis on Qatar Labour Law and compliance.

You will deliver structured programs, use case studies, and assess learner understanding while guiding exam preparation and certification pathways. A strong HR background and Qatar-based work preference are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Human Resources.
• Experience as HR Trainer/Facilitator/HR Consultant preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Qatar Labour Law and employment regulations.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Based in Qatar preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive CHRM and CHRP training programs.
• Develop and deliver structured, engaging sessions with real-world examples.
• Cover key HR functions: recruitment, employee relations, performance, compensation, policies, talent management.
• Provide guidance on Qatar Labour Law, regulations and HR compliance.
• Assess participant understanding through discussions, activities, assignments and assessments.
• Maintain a professional, interactive learning environment.
• Support participants with exam preparation and certification guidance.
