Saipem in Doha, a global leader in energy engineering and construction, seeks a Package Manager to lead package engineering within EPC projects. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams and ensure delivery on budget, schedule and quality while interfacing with procurement and vendors.
The role requires 8–12 years in oil & gas, a Mechanical or Chemical degree, and fluent English. International travel may be required; commitment to HSE and international codes is essential.

As Package Manager you will respond to the Project Director/Technical Manager and be part of the Project Management/Engineering within project execution/packages scope. You will lead and manage package engineering activities, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and ensuring delivery within budget, schedule, and quality standards.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or related Engineering discipline
Minimum 8–12 years of experience in engineering roles, with proven experience as Package Engineer / Package Manager within oil & gas, energy, or EPC projects
You will have the opportunity to travel internationally and support projects across EMEA and offshore/onshore locations, depending on project requirements.
