Job summary

Swan Global seeks an Oracle SCM Consultant for a one-year onsite assignment in Qatar. The role focuses on implementing, supporting, and enhancing Oracle SCM modules to streamline processes.

The candidate will have hands-on Oracle SCM experience, strong procurement, inventory and order management knowledge, and English communication skills (Arabic preferred). Visa and local onboarding will be managed on site.

Accommodation and visa support provided by the supplier.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, IT, business, or related field.
• 58 years of experience in Oracle SCM with hands-on implementation.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Procurement, Inventory, Order Management.
• Experience in Oracle Fusion SCM is an added advantage.
• Good understanding of business processes in supply chain management.
• Hands-on experience in ERP systems and configuration.
• Strong communication skills in English (Arabic preferred).
• Prior experience working in the Middle East/GCC region will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements, design SCM solutions, and configure Oracle applications accordingly.
• Work closely with business users to provide functional expertise and training.
• Develop functional documentation, specifications, and user manuals.
• Perform system testing, UAT, and resolve functional/technical issues.
• Support data migration, validation, and system integrations.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth deployment and system performance.
• Provide post-go-live support and continuous process improvement.
