Job summary

Swan Global is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion SCM Lead Consultant (Sourcing & iSupplier) for a 3-month onsite assignment in Qatar. You will lead end-to-end implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle Fusion SCM Sourcing and Supplier Portal (iSupplier), working with business stakeholders and technical teams.

The ideal candidate has 6–8 years of Oracle Fusion SCM experience, proven full-cycle implementations, strong P2P and SLM knowledge, and excellent communication skills to drive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS or related field.
• 6–8 years of Oracle Fusion SCM experience.
• Experience in at least two full-cycle Oracle Fusion SCM implementations.
• Strong knowledge of P2P and SLM processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation and support of Oracle Fusion SCM Sourcing and iSupplier modules.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate into designs.
• Configure and customize Oracle Fusion SCM applications per project needs.
• Conduct SIT/UAT and manage defect resolution.
• Assist data migration and integration with Procurement, Inventory, Payables.
• Prepare functional docs, test scripts, and training materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery.
• Provide post-go-live support and resolve functional issues promptly.
