Job summary

AKLogiks in Doha, Qatar is seeking a Senior SAP Consultant – MM to support the Supply Chain workstream of an SAP S/4HANA Transformation Program. The role covers migration, consolidation, and a smooth transition to the new system.

The ideal candidate will have 9+ years of experience, including SAP S/4HANA implementation, with a focus on Procure-to-Pay and EWM. Excellent communication and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of professional experience, including SAP implementation/support.
• At least one full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementation project.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Petroleum, Management or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of Procurement and/or Contract Services, MRP, inventory and warehouse management.
• Self-starter and team player capable of coordinating with colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Support the Head and Business Process Owners in delivering SCM requirements and guide SI teams on design decisions.
• Deliver migration activities per project plan, including design, testing and deployment of FIORI/BTP apps.
• Identify process improvements and new functions to address business problems.
• Collaborate with IT, business units and external consultants on Procure-to-Pay and EWM solutions.
• Support fit-gap analysis, blueprinting and solution design for P2P and EWM processes.
• Lead testing rounds for BPML processes to ensure accurate results with no critical errors.
• Drive the Supply Chain data migration strategy for accuracy and completeness.
• Support change management, training and stakeholder engagement for Supply Chain processes.

We’re hiring: Senior SAP Consultant – MM

Duration: 18 months

We’re looking for a Senior SAP Consultant – MM to support the Supply Chain workstream of an SAP S/4HANA Transformation Program, including migration, consolidation and a successful transition to the new system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Head and Business Process Owners in delivering SCM business requirements, and guide the System Integrator team on key design decisions.


• Deliver timely migration activities according to the project plan, including planning, design, testing and deployment of FIORI/BTP applications and relevant AI use cases.


• Identify and advise the business on process improvements, new business functions and solutions to business problems.


• Collaborate with IT, business units and external consultants to deliver suitable Procure-to-Pay and EWM solutions.


• Support fit-gap analysis, blueprinting and solution design for Procure-to-Pay and EWM processes.


• Support multiple rounds of testing for all BPML processes, ensuring expected results and no critical errors.


• Drive the Supply Chain data migration strategy, ensuring accuracy and completeness.


• Support change management, training and stakeholder engagement for Supply Chain processes and their associated change impacts.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 9+ years of professional experience, including at least 4 years of hands‑on SAP implementation/support experience.


• At least one full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementation project.


• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Petroleum, Management or equivalent.


• Strong understanding of Procurement and/or Contract Services, MRP, inventory and warehouse management.


• A proven self-starter and team player, able to coordinate with colleagues to complete assigned tasks.


• Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment in planning and delivering assignments, and achieve defined objectives.


• Commitment to quality and continuous improvement.


• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Professional certifications such as SAP MM or SAP S/4HANA Sourcing and Procurement.


• Experience implementing FIORI and BTP applications, SAP AI and machine learning solutions within SAP S/4HANA Sourcing and Procurement.
