Job summary

Swan Global Holdings Group seeks an experienced Oracle EBS Forms/OAF/SCM Techno-Functional Consultant for on-site support in Saudi Arabia. You will maintain and enhance Oracle EBS modules, forms, reports, and integrations, while ensuring service levels and coordinating with technical and business stakeholders.

The role requires 10–15 years of Oracle EBS experience, strong SQL/PLSQL and BI integration skills, and fluency in Arabic and English.

• Experience in production and non-production environments for enterprise applications.
• Excellent communication, analytical, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.

Location: Saudi Arabia (onsite; travel to Saudi locations as required)

Role Purpose

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Forms/OAF/SCM Techno-Functional Consultant to provide application support, maintenance, enhancements, and knowledge transfer for a mission-critical Oracle ERP and custom-application environment. The role involves supporting production and non-production systems, maintaining service levels, and collaborating with technical and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and enhance Oracle EBS Inventory/SCM modules, custom applications, forms, reports, and workflows.


• Maintain and enhance Oracle Forms, Oracle Application Framework (OAF), Oracle Reports, and Oracle Workflow components.


• Develop and support SQL/PLSQL scripts, APIs, interfaces, and integrations with Business Intelligence (BI) systems.


• Operate and enhance application readiness processes integrated with TOE, HR, maintenance, inventory, and BI systems.


• Support custom applications for readiness, personnel and equipment status, or comparable mission-critical operational processes.


• Manage incidents, validate data, perform testing, resolve defects, and support controlled releases.


• Participate in the transition from the incumbent service provider, including current-state assessment, backlog review, and controlled takeover.


• Meet incident response and service restoration targets, including after-hours, weekend, and public holiday support when required.


• Conduct root-cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.


• Maintain functional and technical documentation, standard operating procedures, test evidence, release records, and knowledge-transfer materials.


• Support user acceptance testing (UAT), user training, and ongoing application improvements.


• Comply with government cybersecurity, confidentiality, access-control, and change-management procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or an equivalent discipline.


• 10–15 years of relevant experience in Oracle EBS techno-functional consulting, application support, maintenance, and enhancement.


• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle EBS Inventory/SCM, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, OAF, and Oracle Workflow.


• Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL, Oracle APIs, interfaces, and BI integration.


• Experience supporting production and non-production environments for enterprise or mission-critical applications.


• Experience with readiness management, personnel/equipment status systems, or comparable operational applications.


• Strong understanding of incident management, testing, release management, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.


• Excellent communication, analytical, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.


• Professional proficiency in both Arabic and English, spoken and written


• Ability to commit to the full 24-month contract, subject to interview, security onboarding, and customer approval.
