We are looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud ERP/SCM Support Consultant to join a long-term support engagement based onsite in Doha, Qatar.
The successful consultant will provide functional support across Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and Supply Chain Management, working closely with business users, IT teams and other Oracle specialists to resolve issues, improve processes and ensure the continued stability and effective operation of the Oracle Cloud environment.
This is a support-focused role and would suit someone with strong hands‑on experience supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP/SCM within a live business environment.
Provide day-to-day functional support for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and SCM applications.
Investigate, diagnose and resolve functional issues raised by business users.
Manage incidents, service requests and problems through to resolution.
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and identify appropriate solutions.
Provide guidance and support to users across Oracle ERP and SCM processes.
Analyse system issues and determine whether they are related to configuration, processes, integrations or data.
Support Oracle Cloud configuration changes and enhancements where required.
Work with technical teams to investigate integrations and interface‑related issues.
Support data validation, troubleshooting and reconciliation activities.
Participate in Oracle quarterly updates, assessing new functionality and potential impacts on existing processes.
Identify opportunities to improve existing Oracle processes and system functionality.
Produce and maintain functional documentation, knowledge articles and support procedures.
Collaborate with other Oracle functional and technical consultants to resolve complex issues.
Escalate issues appropriately and work with Oracle Support where required.
Ensure incidents and requests are handled in accordance with agreed service levels.
Candidates should have strong experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and/or SCM, with particular strength in one or more of the following areas:

The exact module split will depend on the consultant's background and the requirements of the support team.
Strong hands‑on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and/or SCM.
Previous experience working in an Oracle Cloud application support environment.
Good understanding of end‑to‑end ERP/SCM business processes.
Experience troubleshooting functional issues in a live Oracle Cloud environment.
Experience working directly with business users and stakeholders.
Ability to analyse problems, identify root causes and provide practical solutions.
Experience working with Oracle Cloud integrations and understanding how functional and technical components interact.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Comfortable working onsite as part of a wider support team.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple support issues simultaneously.
Experience supporting Oracle Cloud following a major ERP/SCM implementation.
Experience with Oracle Service Requests and Oracle Support.
Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
Experience with OTBI, BI Publisher or other Oracle reporting tools.
Experience supporting Oracle quarterly releases and updates.
Previous experience working on large, complex Oracle Cloud environments.
Oracle Cloud certifications.
