Job summary

RITWIK Infotech in Doha, Qatar is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Consultant with Payroll expertise. You will design, develop and support Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, focusing on Payroll integrations, data migration and reporting.

The role requires hands-on experience across HDL/HSDL, BI Publisher, OTBI and OIC, plus strong collaboration with functional consultants and stakeholders to deliver scalable technical solutions and ensure smooth quarterly upgrades.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Oracle HCM technical experience.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud and Payroll implementations.
• Proficiency with HDL/HSDL, BI Publisher, OTBI and data migration.
• Strong REST and SOAP API integration skills.
• Ability to design scalable technical solutions with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of Oracle Cloud development standards and upgrades.
• Experience with VBCS and Oracle APEX is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Oracle Fusion HCM technical solutions with focus on Payroll.
• Design HDL/HSDL data migration templates and HDL-based processes.
• Build and support integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Create BIP/OTBI reports and XML/SQL-based reports.
• Develop interfaces with REST/SOAP services and third-party apps.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide post-implementation support.
• Collaborate with functional teams to translate requirements into technical specs.
• Participate in design reviews, testing, deployment and documentation.
