Job summary

Next Ventures in Doha, Qatar is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud ERP/SCM Support Consultant for a long-term onsite engagement. You will provide functional support across Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and SCM, collaborating with business users, IT teams and other Oracle specialists to resolve issues and maintain a stable cloud environment.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP/SCM.
• Experience in a live Oracle Cloud environment.
• Ability to analyse issues and provide practical solutions.
• Experience collaborating with business users and stakeholders.
• Willingness to work onsite in Doha for duration.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day functional support for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and SCM applications.
• Investigate, diagnose and resolve functional issues raised by business users.
• Manage incidents, service requests and problems through to resolution.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and identify appropriate solutions.
• Provide guidance and support to users across Oracle ERP and SCM processes.
• Analyse system issues and determine whether they are related to configuration, processes, integrations or data.
• Support Oracle Cloud configuration changes and enhancements where required.
• Work with technical teams to investigate integrations and interface-related issues.
• Support data validation, troubleshooting and reconciliation activities.
• Participate in Oracle quarterly updates, assessing new functionality and potential impacts on existing processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve existing Oracle processes and system functionality.
• Produce and maintain functional documentation, knowledge articles and support procedures.
• Collaborate with other Oracle functional and technical consultants to resolve complex issues.
• Escalate issues appropriately and work with Oracle Support where required.
• Ensure incidents and requests are handled in accordance with agreed service levels.
