Job summary

Alaska Cleaning Center in Doha, DAW, QA, is seeking a proactive Technical Support / Service Administrator to join our team. You will act as the key link between our customers, sales team, and technical service departments, managing customer inquiries, scheduling maintenance operations, coordinating technician schedules, and ensuring all service records are maintained.

The ideal candidate will have excellent administrative skills and a solid understanding of cleaning machinery/equipment to thrive

Qualifications

• Experience with cleaning machines and equipment.
• Strong technical knowledge of cleaning equipment operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and company management software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to handle customer interactions and internal coordination.
• In-person work location required.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer service requests, technical inquiries, and provide updates on service schedules and job completion status.
• Coordinate and process service orders; schedule preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Dispatch jobs and coordinate with technicians for timely service and repairs.
• Track pending jobs and maintain accurate service records and equipment history.
• Monitor spare parts requirements and liaise with procurement for availability.
• Prepare quotations for maintenance services and spare parts as needed.
• Ensure activities comply with company procedures, safety standards, and service quality requirements.
