Job summary

You will process orders, coordinate with operations, maintain CRM records, collect feedback, and work with multiple departments to resolve issues, all while upholding policies and delivering a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field preferred.
• Proven customer service experience in warehousing and distribution preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in English, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support by promptly addressing inquiries, concerns and requests from clients both internal and external.
• Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all relevant information is collected and documented.
• Maintain regular communication with clients to update them on order status, shipment tracking, and any potential delays or issues.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints, discrepancies or issues related to orders, deliveries, or product quality to ensure high satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, transactions and correspondence in the company’s database.
• Collaborate with warehousing and distribution teams to coordinate and track movement of products and shipments.
• Develop a deep understanding of the company’s products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
• Gather and report customer feedback to management for continuous improvement.
• Ensure interactions and transactions adhere to company policies, industry regulations and best practices.
• Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to achieve company goals and objectives.
