Job summary

Swan Global seeks an Onsite Project Manager to oversee planning, coordination, and execution of the ELAN Wooden Decoration Deployment project in Doha, Qatar. You will ensure smooth operations, adhere to timelines, and deliver exceptional on-site experiences.

Responsibilities include managing tasks to client specs, supervising on-site staff, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring CAD-based layouts are correctly implemented, with regular client communication and post-event reviews.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in venue management or event coordination.
• Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
• English and Arabic languages preferred.

The Onsite Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of events and activities related to the ELAN Wooden Decoration Deployment project. The role ensures smooth day-to-day operations, adherence to project timelines, and delivery of exceptional on-site experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the execution and delivery of project tasks in alignment with client specifications and deadlines.

Oversee on-site operations, ensuring all activities comply with safety, quality, and performance standards.

Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams for resource allocation and logistics management.

Supervise and guide on-site staff to maintain efficiency and professionalism throughout the project.

Ensure proper implementation of event layouts and setups based on CAD drawings and project plans.

Identify and resolve operational issues promptly to ensure project continuity and client satisfaction.

Maintain regular communication with the Client and Swan Global project team regarding progress, challenges, and updates.

Conduct post-event or project evaluations and submit performance reports.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.

Experience: Proven track record in venue management, event coordination, or related fields.

Technical Skills: Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings.

Languages: English and Arabic (preferred).

Other Requirements: Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
