Qualifications

• 8+ years of proven experience in large-scale event management.
• Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
• Experience in venue coordination, media campaign management, and branding.
• Knowledge of protocol, accessibility standards, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Plan and develop a detailed project plan with milestones and deliverables.
• Coordinate with the event management company and approve proposals, designs, and budgets.
• Oversee venue permits, health and safety, accessibility, and on-site logistics.
• Align internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across touchpoints.
• Coordinate media and communications campaigns and integrate into the event plan.
• Supervise event setup, technical readiness, and supplier management on-site.
• Lead post‑event activities, reports, and closure documentation.
• Define risk management measures and performance metrics; ensure QA and inclusivity standards.
