Position Objective
We are seeking an experienced Event Project Manager to oversee the planning, organization, execution, and promotion of the upcoming Strategy Launch Exhibition. The role involves ensuring the event is delivered successfully within scope, budget, and timeline, while aligning with Madas brand and strategic objectives.
Develop a detailed project plan and timeline, defining milestones and deliverables.
Align event concept and execution with Madas brand and strategic vision.
Act as the primary contact with the appointed event management company.
Review and approve proposals, designs, and budgets.
Monitor compliance with quality, budget, and contractual obligations.
Secure necessary permits and approvals.
Ensure health, safety, technical, and accessibility compliance.
Manage venue logistics, access, and operational requirements.
Collaborate with design and communications teams to ensure consistency.
Facilitate timely internal approvals for event materials.
Maintain alignment of messaging and branding across all touchpoints.
Coordinate with the Communications Department on campaign planning.
Integrate media and PR campaigns into the overall event plan.
Oversee brand alignment across communication channels.
Supervise event setup and on-site operations.
Ensure technical readiness and accessibility across all components.
Monitor suppliers and vendors, troubleshooting issues as required.
Supervise event dismantling and closure.
Consolidate media coverage and event highlights.
Prepare and submit a comprehensive post-event closure report.
Implement risk management and contingency planning.
Define performance metrics and feedback mechanisms.
Ensure compliance with accessibility and inclusivity standards.

Minimum 8 years of proven experience in large-scale event management.
