Kintec Global Recruitment is seeking an experienced Onshore Drilling Supervisor to oversee all rig operations in Dukhan, Qatar. The role emphasizes safety, well integrity, and leadership in a high-pressure onshore environment.

Rotation is 28/28 with a 6-month contract. The successful candidate will coordinate with contractors, manage resources, and mentor local staff while ensuring compliance with HSE standards.

Qualificações

• BSc in an Engineering discipline with Petroleum Engineering preferred.
• IWCF Supervisor Level certification.
• Minimum 15 years in drilling, including 8 years onshore.
• At least 5 years with a major oil company in a similar role.
• Strong process safety knowledge in drilling.
• Experience with high deviated and horizontal wells.
• Excellent English communication and leadership.
• Ability to coach local staff.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the onshore drilling/workover rig representative for all rig operations.
• Ensure operations are safe, with no injuries or damage to rig, well or environment.
• Maintain safety and well integrity per manuals and HSE requirements.
• Plan activities, allocate resources, and meet well objectives on time and within budget.
• Provide clear written instructions to the Drilling Contractor Toolpusher, Service Personnel, and Night Supervisor before operations.
