Job summary

Kintec Global Recruitment seeks an Engineering Lead (Process) for Qatar Onshore - Doha on a 36 months contract. You will guide expert process design for offshore topside facilities, ensure compliance with international standards, and lead process engineering activities across major offshore projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering required.
• Minimum 8 years in engineering roles with at least 4 years in oil & gas.
• Experience supervising contractors/sub-contractors/service/vendor personnel.

Responsibilities

• Ensure contractor process engineering designs comply with contract requirements and standards.
• Review and approve contractor deliverables for offshore process facilities and equipment.
• Plan and schedule engineering deliverables to support efficient project execution.
• Lead design workshops and ensure recommendations are implemented.
• Coordinate with SMEs and endorse technical deviations to specifications.
