Job summary

Qatar Fabrication Company (QFAB) in Ras Laffan, Qatar, is seeking a Recruitment & Onboarding Coordinator to support its Talent Acquisition team. You will streamline documentation, agency agreements, and invoicing, and coordinate recruitment activities for new hires and external partners.

Responsibilities include end-to-end onboarding, maintaining compliant records, vendor management, reporting metrics, and ensuring smooth communication with IT, HR, and facilities to enable timely hires.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in HR, recruitment coordination, or administrative support focusing on onboarding and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end onboarding including documentation and access setup.
• Maintain recruitment records, interview feedback, offers, and contracts.
• Manage agency agreements and vendor relationships, track terms and compliance.
• Prepare and review recruitment invoices and budgets with finance.
• Generate recruitment metrics, provide updates to TA team and leadership.
• Audit compliance of recruitment and onboarding files and data.
• Engage with candidates and respond to inquiries during onboarding.
• Oversee subcontractor recruitment services and ensure timely onboarding.
