Job summary

Mind Stream Construction & Engineering is hiring an MEP Document Controller in Doha, Qatar. The role focuses on maintaining document registers, logs, and tracking sheets for drawings, submittals, RFIs, MIRs, and WIRs, coordinating with MEP engineers and project teams.

You will manage document receipt, filing, archiving, and revisions, ensuring timely approvals and compliant documentation. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook and experience with document management systems are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in MEP or construction project document control.
• Experience with document management systems and revision control.
• Strong knowledge of RFIs, MIRs, WIRs, and material submittals.

Responsibilities

• Maintain MEP document registers, logs, and tracking sheets.
• Manage document receipt, distribution, filing, and archiving.
• Track submissions and approvals for drawings, material submittals, RFIs, MIRs, and WIRs.
• Coordinate with MEP engineers, project managers, QA/QC teams, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Monitor pending approvals, overdue submissions, and document revisions.
