Qualifications

• Requires University Degree or equivalent experience and 2+ years in facilities management, procurement, or maintenance planning.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with maintenance planning and scheduling systems (ALCS or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, vendor management, and contract administration.

Responsibilities

• Procure facility-related goods and services; negotiate with suppliers.
• Manage vendors, contracts, renewals, and performance.
• Develop and optimize preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
• Create and manage work orders in ALCS; track progress.
• Collaborate with logistics to ensure timely parts and services.
• Support budgeting and cost-control activities for facilities.
