Job summary

Flip retail in Doha seeks a Procurement Engineer / Officer (Facility Management) to manage onboarding of new vendors, maintain approved supplier lists, and negotiate price savings.

You will develop procurement processes, ensure contract delivery, and build relationships with key stakeholders across the organization to deliver a high-quality service. This full-time role requires compliance, risk reduction, and ongoing supplier performance reviews.

Qualifications

• Secondary school or equivalent preferred.
• Willingness to commute/relocate to Doha.
• Experience in procurement within facilities management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• On-boarding new vendors in line with policy and sign-in requirements.
• Maintain approved supplier listings and conduct yearly provider checks.
• Negotiate price savings with suppliers where possible.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
• Identify and implement best practices in procurement activities and compliance.
• Ensure contracts are developed and delivered.
• Develop procurement processes and procedures.
• Align procurement activities with company risk management.
• Lead and implement a new Source to Pay process with technology support.
• Provide regular monthly reporting to internal clients.
