Responsibilities

• Oversee nightly audits and reconciliation across departments.
• Ensure complete posting and reconciliation of the day’s financial activity.
• Verify accuracy of financial and credit card transactions and resolve discrepancies.
• Identify reporting anomalies and collaborate with leaders to improve audit accuracy.
• Partner with Night Manager to handle guest issues and emergencies as needed.
• Supervise and coach team members to maintain a positive work environment.
