Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Hospitality degree or related field preferred.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience in hospitality or hotel night audit.
• Ability to work independently during overnight shifts.
• Accurate cash handling and safety awareness.
• Knowledge of safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out of the hotel.
• Process payments and manage guest accounts.
• Reconcile daily transactions and prepare reports for management.
• Respond to guest inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
• Ensure accuracy of financial transactions; uphold high levels of customer service at all times.
• Prepare breakfast for guests during overnight shift.
