Job summary

The Plaza Doha LXR hotels & resorts at Hilton in Doha, Qatar, seeks a Night Operations Manager to supervise overnight hotel operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. This full-time, on-site role focuses on maintaining financial accuracy and smooth night-time processes.

You will lead nightly audits, ensure payment integrity, and collaborate with department leaders to continually improve operations while supporting and coaching the night team to uphold Hilton's hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel operations or night management preferred.
• Strong analytical and financial reconciliation skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nightly audits and reconciliation, ensuring accurate reporting and internal-controls adherence.
• Ensure payment integrity by verifying transactions and resolving discrepancies.
• Analyze data to identify anomalies and collaborate with department leaders to improve audit accuracy.
• Support overnight operations by handling guest issues and emergency situations as needed.
• Inspire and develop the team through coaching and maintaining a positive work environment.
