Confidential in Doha seeks a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead national-scale initiatives in the financial and tax domains. You will manage multi-year, multi-million-dollar programs spanning digital tax systems, e-invoicing frameworks, legal harmonization, and nationwide stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• PMP/Prince2 certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
• 15+ years of experience managing large, complex projects in financial/tax/public sectors. ERP experience preferable.
• Experience rolling out national agenda projects across multi-year timelines.
• Strong ability to deconstruct initiatives into actionable work packages using RACI and risk mitigation.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of multi-year mega projects aligned with national priorities.
• Oversee day-to-day operations across workstreams including information systems, legal, and policy frameworks.
• Oversee development and implementation of information systems projects (SML).
• Ensure compliance with national tax laws and financial regulations.
• Lead national awareness campaigns for TAX systems and e-frameworks.
• Manage phased national rollout of tax reforms with strict timelines and milestones.
• Break down tasks into work packages for efficient execution and tracking.
• Define and manage a RACI matrix across stakeholders.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Maintain clear stakeholder communication with government bodies, legal, and IT teams.
• Monitor budgets and resources; escalate issues as needed; report progress to senior management.
