Job summary

TP Group seeks an experienced Project Manager in Doha, Qatar to define objectives, plan, execute and finalize IT projects while coordinating internal teams and external consultants. The role ensures delivery within budget, scope and quality, following established policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will have 8–10 years in project management, strong leadership, and experience with Agile environments, stakeholder management, and IT project delivery across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• BSc degree in management, finance, CS, technology or engineering.
• PMI-PMP certification preferred.
• 8–10 years in project management.

Responsibilities

• Define project objectives aligned with business needs and ensure timely execution.
• Plan, execute, and finalize IT projects and manage consultants/contractors.
• Monitor budgets, timelines and quality against standards.
• Lead project management team and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Review designs and plan site mobilisation/demobilisation.
• Prepare post-project reports and drive continuous improvement.
