Job summary

Ernst & Young AE in Doha seeks a senior Tax Manager to lead a team delivering domestic and international tax services. You’ll manage client engagements, ensure timely compliance and reporting, and build trusted relationships with clients across borders to deliver high-quality work.

You’ll apply strong technical tax knowledge and leadership to drive performance, coach junior staff, and uphold EY Tax Quality guidelines while working in a dynamic, multi-cultural environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field with strong academic credentials.
• MBA or related advanced degree and/or professional qualifications preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in domestic and international tax rules and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team in providing tax services and manage client engagements.
• Monitor progress and deliverables, establish standardized processes.
• Identify risks, escalate issues, and drive performance improvements.
• Supervise teams, coach junior staff, and foster a learning culture.
• Ensure adherence to EY Tax Quality guidelines.
