Job summary

PPOAR in Doha, Qatar is seeking an experienced and creative Chef to join our kitchen team. You will prepare delicious meals, supervise staff, and ensure quality and safety in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate holds a Culinary Arts degree, has at least five years’ professional kitchen experience, and demonstrates strong leadership, communication, and HACCP knowledge. Willingness to work long hours is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of professional kitchen experience.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations (HACCP).
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Willingness to work long hours in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals per customer requests and menu.
• Monitor kitchen staff and delegate tasks.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
• Maintain organized workstation; update menu as needed.
• Manage inventory and order stock.
• Collaborate with chefs on new recipes and menus.
• Observe health code standards in prep and storage.
