QC+ Gallery in Doha seeks a personable Gallery Associate to manage daily operations, sales support, and artist relations. The role is client-facing, detail-oriented, and requires strong communication and professional presentation aligned with the gallery’s brand. Flexibility for events is essential.

The position involves CRM upkeep, invoicing, shipping coordination, and participation in exhibitions, art fairs, and marketing activities to drive revenue and ensure top-tier client service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Art History, Fine Arts, Arts Administration, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in a commercial gallery or related client-facing setting preferred.
• Flexibility for evenings and weekends for exhibition openings, VIP previews, art fairs, and special events.
• Experience in sales support or hospitality within a high-end environment is an asset.
• Familiarity with the Middle East art and design market is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue and cultivate long-term collector relationships in Doha and internationally by delivering exceptional client service and supporting sales reporting and logistics.
• Greeting and assisting collectors, advisors, designers, and walk-in visitors.
• Presenting artwork accurately and confidently; maintaining client records in the CRM.
• Coordinating shipping, framing, and installation logistics; supporting exhibitions and art fairs.
• Maintain organized records of all sales activities and inquiries; support exhibitions installation and deinstallation.
• Provide organized administrative and POS support, including sales reconciliation and reporting.
• Support marketing by coordinating social media content and updating inventory pages.
• Coordinate artwork photography documentation; ensure marketing materials align with brand voice.
• Liaise with artists, vendors, and logistics partners to ensure timely reporting and shipments.
