Job summary

Jotun Paints Qatar W.L.L. is seeking a Marketing Officer to support the implementation of decorative marketing plans through coordination and execution of marketing projects, product initiatives, and brand communications in Qatar.

You will work closely with internal teams, regional marketing, and external stakeholders to ensure timely and effective execution aligned with business priorities, driving sales growth and brand presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant marketing experience.
• Proficient in MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong coordination and communication skills, proactive.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of local Decorative Marketing plans in line with regional strategies and business priorities.
• Take ownership of the coordination and execution of assigned marketing projects across product, brand, retail and marketing communication activities.
• Support the local implementation of product launches, portfolio updates, product transitions, packaging changes and related marketing materials.
• Coordinate and implement promotional programs, brand activations, events and digital and social media activities, including localization of regional campaigns.
• Work closely with regional marketing, Sales and other internal departments to ensure effective and timely execution of planned activities.
• Coordinate with external agencies, suppliers and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of marketing activities and materials.
• Conduct market visits, monitor competitor activities and analyze relevant market and sales data to support product positioning and marketing decisions.
• Manage assigned marketing administrative tasks, documentation, material ordering and reporting in compliance with company guidelines and procedures.
