Job summary

AimGulf, a Qatar based manpower and facility management company, seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee planned preventive, corrective and breakdown maintenance of M&E systems on site. The role includes supervising technicians, reviewing faults, scheduling shutdowns, and maintaining records.

Requirements include 5+ years of experience in HVAC, electrical distribution, pumps or plumbing. Full-time, site-based position with strong safety compliance expectations in the Qatar market.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in maintenance or M&E systems.
• Experience supervising technicians and coordinating field work.
• Strong knowledge of safety procedures and permits.

Responsibilities

• Assign tasks to technicians and monitor work quality and completion.
• Review faults, identify recurring issues and recommend corrective action.
• Prepare maintenance schedules and coordinate shutdowns with the project team.
• Review material requirements, spare parts and technical specifications.
• Inspect completed work and verify equipment performance before handover.
• Maintain technical records and prepare maintenance progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures, isolation requirements and permits.
