Job summary

QatarEnergy in Ras Laffan is seeking an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor to manage contract execution for preventive and corrective maintenance of mechanical and utility systems across assigned assets. You will supervise teams, enforce standards and ensure high availability of WWTP, piping and infrastructure.

The role requires 5–7 years in oil/gas maintenance, knowledge of SAP maintenance, and strong safety awareness.

Qualifications

5-7 years of total mechanical trade experience, preferably in Facilities & Utilities in Oil & Gas.
Experience with maintenance schedules and budgeting support.
Possession of a valid driver’s license.
Proficient in MS Office and maintenance software (SAP Maintenance).
Knowledge of occupational hazards and safety precautions.
Ability to supervise workers and establish good working relationships.
Good oral and written English; Arabic language knowledge is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Manage, supervise, and control contract execution for preventive and corrective maintenance of mechanical and utility systems to ensure high availability and reliability of assets.
Enforce implementation of corporate design and construction regulations, policies and standards.
